⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable anniversary dinner We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to make the night special, and we truly felt taken care of. Andrew, our server and Ariana, the head captain, deserve special recognition. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect for us. Their service elevated the entire evening, and we’re so grateful for the effort they put in. The food was outstanding. The Golden age burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, the crispy beef was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection paired beautifully with everything. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable night. We can’t wait to come back!

Reserve Cut is hands down the #1 best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for an exceptional dining experience—elegant, calm, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a special evening. The steak was phenomenal—perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and presented with real attention to detail. Every bite was unforgettable. The service was top-notch, with staff who were attentive, professional, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. Everything about this place felt refined and high-class, from the food to the ambiance. It was truly a crazy good experience, one that stood out above any other steakhouse I’ve visited. I will say, the prices are a bit on the high side, but honestly, aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for the best steakhouse in Manhattan, Reserve Cut is it.

Came here to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. Everything was mouth watering. I specifically loved the truffle sushi roll and the dumplings. The steak was really good too.

Nice place overall. They have a solid “On the Sea” / fish-style menu with a good amount of options. The chicken and beef appetizers, however, don’t offer much variety. When the restaurant fills up, expect a long wait time—especially for steaks. A good tip is to order your steaks together with your appetizers right at the beginning to avoid delays.

I am now ready to give my opinion on this resteraunt being its now my 3rd time here. The first time I was here I was so enamored with the food that I didnt pay attention to anything else. The second time it was just perfect. The ambience, food, and service were all excellent. Will the third time be what changes everything??? I'm now ready to order the food and came to expect a certain qaulity. However, the first thing I noticed was the loud music and louder ambience around where I was seated. I literally feel like I'm in La' Marei with being so close to the table next to me and the noise level. A little disappointing so far. The silver lining is that it was relatively empty so no one was sitting next to us. The service had a different vibe tonight. It started out what appeared to be less friendly and less eager to please at the front desk. A stark contrast to the last time I was at this location. But my waiter blew me away when he lent my son a charger for our phone. Honestly I wish I could tip this gentleman directly. JESUS M. from Mexico, I hope someone reads this and gives you the credit you deserve!! Alas, our food arrived. Because this is an honest review I must say I was surprised at the wait time for our steaks. It seemed to be a little longer than usual. Everything was even better than I remembered. Hands down the best Kosher food in the United States. Heck, its probably better than most non kosher fine restaurants too! Must haves: EVERYTHING. Come 3 times to sample everything. (And ask for Jesus to he your waiter). This is an absolute must visit for any person from any walk of life if you are in Downtown Manhattan! Remember to ask for a more privaye table though.
